Elizabeth Davis Founder, QuickArrow, Inc.Elizabeth founded QuickArrow
in 1998 after 16 years of professional experience in the technology sector. Her focus has always been on developing the
right relationship with the customer and building the right team to accelerate QuickArrow's presence in the marketplace.
These commitments established a solid foundation for the company.
Prior to QuickArrow, Elizabeth spent five years leading and managing high-growth sales and consulting organizations
in the information technology services industry. Elizabeth experienced the demands placed on professionals in the IT
services sector while founding and managing a successful new area of Paranet's consulting practice. Paranet was
purchased by Sprint in 1997. Elizabeth also led one of CompuCom's professional services organizations and served as
vice president of sales and marketing for Ten X Technology, an OEM products company.
Elizabeth holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin, and is a co-chair of the Executive Women's Forum of the
Association for Women in Technology - Austin (AWTA).
Ron Jennings Chief Financial Officer, QuickArrow, Inc.
As CFO, Ron Jennings is responsible for QuickArrow’s financial performance. He has more than 30 years experience in financial and operational management, including venture funding, systems implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and international operations.
Prior to joining QuickArrow, Ron was Vice President of Finance at Object Reservoir, Inc., a reservoir simulation software company. Earlier in his career, Ron maintained a consulting practice providing outsourced CFO services to SMB organizations.
Ron's corporate accounting experience includes controller positions with Browning-Ferris and Litton Industries, as well as audit positions with Gulf Oil Corporation and KPMG.
Ron holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kevin Bury
President and Chief Executive Officer, QuickArrow, Inc.
Kevin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of QuickArrow. A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in fast growth companies. Kevin oversees all of QuickArrow's operations, including its strategic direction, product vision and development, and corporate development.
Prior to QuickArrow, as a Partner at Meritage Technologies (acquired by Perficient) and in multiple roles with Vanstar, Kevin cultivated a deep understanding of business process automation in the consulting services, software application, and hardware industries. He has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful long-term client relationships and strategic alliances.
Kevin holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
Joe Aragona General Partner, Austin Ventures
Joe Aragona is one of the founders of Austin Ventures and has served as a general partner since 1982. He currently focuses on services and special situations investing, and has a successful track record of investing in a broad range of industries. Joe joined Austin Ventures from the Merchant Banking division of the Bank of Boston.
Joe received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from Harvard University. Joe has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) since 1999, chaired its Research Committee and is past Chairman. Joe is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Lance Armstrong Foundation (laf.org) which focuses on cancer survivorship issues, and Casa Montessori, an early childhood development center.
Jay Campion Managing Director, Access Venture Partners
Jay is a founding managing director of Access Venture Partners. He has over 30 years experience in the formation
and growth management of companies. From 1994-1999, Jay was a Special Limited Partner of Woodside Fund III.
Prior to joining Woodside Fund III, he was President of the Texas Research and Technology Foundation and Ventex Group,
Inc., its venture capital subsidiary. He is currently on the Board of Directors of 6 private companies and co-
founded, helped build and sell CVA for a 50X return.
Robert J. Migliorino Managing Director, W Capital Partners
Bob was a founding Partner of W Capital. Bob has senior experience in venture capital as a
co-founding Partner of Canaan Partners and senior operating and workout experience in a range
of assignments while at General Electric Company. As a Co-founding Partner of Canaan Partners,
Bob was involved in the management buyout of General Electric's venture capital portfolio to
form Canaan. Canaan is a nationally recognized venture capital firm managing equity and
subordinated debt assets in excess of $1 billion.
Prior to establishing Canaan, Bob spent
15 years with General Electric. He completed GE's Financial Management Program and had
operating assignments in various GE businesses. For several years while at GE Information
Services, he was involved in management workouts and turnarounds of information technology
businesses. He is a Board Member or Observer of the following companies: QuickArrow, Hemosense, InfiniCon
Systems, Intranets.com, and SS8 Networks.
Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University.
