QuickArrow Awarded AFSMI Conference 'Best of Show' by Customer Support Management Magazine
Winners are profiled in CSM's January 2001 Issue
AUSTIN, TX. - January 4, 2001...QuickArrow has been named a recipient of CUSTOMER Support Management Magazine's Second Annual AFSMI "Best of Show Awards."
QuickArrow won the accolades for its Enterprise Consulting Suite (ECS), a highly integrated, customer-centric software solution that enables professional service organizations and their partners to optimize resources, knowledge and project delivery.

The awards will be featured in the January issue of CUSTOMER Support Management, the magazine for optimizing the customer relationship. CSM sent a secret panel of judges onto the expo floor at AFSMI's 30th World Conference and Exposition in Nashville (Fall 2000) to identify leading innovators. The group represented a mix of industry consultants and "in-the-trenches" practitioners with wide product knowledge. The awards were assigned based on the panel's findings.
