QuickArrow Recognized by Forrester Research as Market Leader in 2003 Services Automation App Report
Software Company Recognized for its Resource Management, Collaboration Functionality and Implementation Expertise for Billable Services Operations
Austin, TX. - July
28, 2003...QuickArrow, the leading provider of

it has been named an industry leader in Forrester's June
2003 report, titled "Grading Services Automation
Apps."
Forrester screened the service automation application vendors with a
relevancy filter based on product functionality, customer
references, and revenues. Of the 13 top vendors selected for in-depth review,
QuickArrow "beat the pack due to their functional
completeness" in the following areas:
- Prospect Opportunity Management - QuickArrow
received the highest rating in prospect opportunity
management functionality. This, in
addition to integration with all leading CRM vendors,
enables improved sales pipeline visibility and revenue
forecasting.
- Resource Management - QuickArrow was rated 2nd
in Resource Management and Scheduling due to its
ability to provide specific day and hour tracking. Users are
assured the highest level of resource utilization and
increased revenue forecasting accuracy.
- Implementation - QuickArrow received the highest
score from the group in the area of implementation. QuickArrow's
implementation model and integration expertise with ERP and financial
systems provide returns on investment weeks ahead of other products.
According to the Forrester report, QuickArrow also scores high in the areas of Reporting
and Analysis, Collaboration, Revenue Recognition, and Invoicing.
According
to the 112 executives from user companies interviewed for the report, the key
reasons cited for implementing a professional services application include:
- Overcoming complexity of multiple applications (48 percent)
- Improving resource management (40 percent)
- Improving internal processes (36 percent)
Participants in the survey were
also asked about the key business benefits derived from using a services
automation app - and they answered in the following way:
- Increased visibility (52 percent)
- Increased utilization (40 percent)
- Reduced cycle times (28 percent)
Forrester confirms QuickArrow's organization vision and leadership positioning throughout
the report, recognizing the company's strong overall performance. The report specifically mentions
